Dear Family and Friends of Destiny Church,

President Trump, Minnesota Governor Walz, and the CDC have requested that we refrain from all gatherings of more than 10 people. It is our desire to respect those who are in authority over us. With that in mind, we will not be holding Sunday morning or Wednesday night church services for the next two weeks. This includes youth gatherings, Full Circuit Kids’ Band practices, and children's meetings. Please contact us if you have any questions. Instead, we will conduct online services through Facebook Live and YouTube. We will also email a link to our YouTube Channel where you may access our services. In other words, all services will continue—just through a different medium.

Those who attended our Wednesday night meetings will be emailed instructions to access our Vision 2020 Seminar.

The situation we are facing in our nation and around the world is causing fear and isolation. I encourage you, don’t be in fear! Many prophets predicted this pandemic would happen, but they have said it will be short–lived! I am agreeing with them that this vile virus is dead in Jesus' Name. Will you agree with me?

If you feel isolated or shut–in, please reach out to us. We are your family, and we need one another. Church office hours continue. Church phone numbers are 218-685-4026 or 218-747-2646. During the day, Dave is at Destiny Fitness: 218-747-2300. Ryan Kari’s cell number is 714-469-8157 Linda Wellman’s cell number is 612-214-0054.

This situation is very fluid. We are monitoring events, and will keep you updated on changes as they occur. We love you and believe that God will take this situation and turn it for His good. God is on your side!

Trish and I are praying for you and claiming God’s truth— No evil shall befall you, nor any plague come near your dwelling; for He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways Psalm 91:10–11. It is our extreme joy to serve you as we collectively keep our eyes on Jesus and trust in Him!

Thank God for His unshakable Kingdom!

Steven and Trish Quernemoen

In 1977, Destiny Church began as a Bible study, reaching teens and young adults. On October 5, 1980, eight people attended our first official meeting, held in a farmhouse near Ashby. Destiny Church has now grown to be a congregation numbering in the hundreds; supporting missions in many nations. Its present location has undergone several building projects to facilitate the expanding ministry.

In 2000, on I-94's exit 77, Destiny Church built a 13,000 square foot event center for physical fitness, youth and families. Plans to expand the event center to hold our Sunday morning services are in process.
